In cases where a dental implant is not an option the best way to restore a missing tooth may be with a crown and bridge.
Dental bridges literally bridge the gap created by one or more missing teeth. The crown replacing the missing tooth is fused to the crowns on the two teeth on each side. This is known as a fixed bridge. Fixed bridges appear very natural and cannot be taken out of your mouth as you might do with a removable partial denture.
